Winter 2019 registration is open from Monday, December 10, 2018-Friday, December 14, 2018. Class placement is based on a first come, first served basis. Please make sure to turn in your registration form, permission slip and a separate check per class to the PTO mailbox in the Main Office. Classes will only run if we meet the minimum enrollment listed in our program descriptions.
Dear KES Students, Staff and Families,
Thank you for the food donations. We delivered almost 690 pounds to The Northern Westchester Community Center and stocked the shelves for the holidays! Next week, the gift portion of the Holiday Sharing Drive begins!
The PTO has sponsored The Holiday Gift Drive for nearly 17 years in an effort to help make the holidays a little brighter for families, particularly the children in our KES community whose families may not have the financial resources to celebrate.
Kindergarten: New mittens, warm pajamas and socks (youth sizing) for The Northern Westchester Community Center
First through Fifth grade: New, grade-appropriate, books, games and fun, small “stocking stuffer” type items which will be used to fill a festive red shoe box for the families in our own KES community. We encourage KES families to purchase items appropriate for the grade their child is in. (Ex. If your child is in 1st grade buy items to gift a 1st grade child.)
Please send in all gift donations unwrapped no later than December 12th. If including a gift receipt (much appreciated), please tape it to the gift. Our children will experience the joy of giving as they watch the boxes outside their classroom fill up with gifts!
Wrap Night will be held the evening of December 17th (snow date 12/18) in the KES dining room from 6:30PM until we are done! As Wrap Night approaches we will let you know more about it! But please save the date NOW!
Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you, in advance, for your much-appreciated generosity!
